This beautiful stone house is on a 3 hectare piece of land, partly grown with sweet chestnuts, near the village of Le Macchie. It has a pool (8m x 4m). A covered terrace runs the whole length of the front of the house. On the ground floor is a large kitchen, a livingroom with hearth, a small bathroom with shower and a windowless bedroom. The kitchen and living room have access to the terrace, and a great view over Mount Amiata and the villages of Le Macchie and Zancona. A staircase leads upstairs room the living room to two large bedrooms and a shower room. All rooms have tiled floors and beamed ceilings.
