This farmhouse was renovated in 1997 and divided into 2 generous apartments. It is close to Montegiovi, on a hill surrounded by olive groves. The view is undescribably beautiful, over the crowns of the olive trees, to old villages and beyond to Monte Amiata. As the house is built on a slope each floor has groundlevel access and its own garden. The swimming pool (12m x 6m) is uphill from the house with the same grand views. An additional bed or child bed can be provided free.
This apartment on the lower floor is accessed by the large french windows into the lovely kitchen/diner. There is a comfortable living room and two bedrooms each with two doublebeds. Everything is new and solidly furnished. Ouside is a separate seating area with barbecue.
