La Quericola Eleonora

This farmhouse was renovated in 1997 and divided into 2 generous apartments. It is close to Montegiovi, on a hill surrounded by olive groves. The view is undescribably beautiful, over the crowns of the olive trees, to old villages and beyond to Monte Amiata. As the house is built on a slope each floor has groundlevel access and its own garden. The swimming pool (12m x 6m) is uphill from the house with the same grand views. An additional bed or child bed can be provided free.
This apartment is on the upper floor, with an oak before the front door after which the house is named. Small flower clad walls lead to a seating area with brick barbecue. The large living area has a built in kitchen, dining area and couch. A small hall leads to 3 bedrooms, each with doublebed, and a bath with jacuzzi. There is also a washing machine.
