This small house was converted in 2001 into an enchanting holiday home. It is situated a little above the valley of the river Fiora. The gentle sound of bubbling water can be heard in the garden. The area is characterised by olive groves surrounded by dry stone walls. From the house is a path down to the river. The garden has a vine covered pergola and under a porticato is a comfortable seating area with brick barbecue. This leads into the pretty living room/diner with sofa bed and open fire. There is a lovely fitted kitchen and large new bathroom. The bedroom is up a sprial staircase, where there is also a WC. A baby’s cot can be made available on request. Attention, the house has a swimmingpool of 8 x 3 metres.
In the summer of 2010 there will be another small house, so the pool must be shared, the privacy of the house will be garanteed.
