This is one of our finest properties in our database. It lies 15 km from the sea and only five km from the Etruscan ruins at Roselle. The environment is enchanting, the little street that takes you to the house is surrounded by green fields, vineyards and silvery olive trees. Once atop the hill you will find breathtaking views. The typical hilly landscape where the horizon to the sea. It is said, "Tuscany, recognizable by the smell." This is the case everywhere smells of lavender and cypress.
The entire ground floor accommodation is as follows;
The right wing is the home (Il Coniglietto) with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. The left are 3 2-bedroom apartments (La Pecorella, La Papera and Il Cavallino) all with bathroom. For these three apartments is a full kitchen and utilization are available. Guests in the basement a special laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. All houses are equipped with a TV with satellite connection and air conditioning. Upon request, a free cot provided.

From the broad porch will be the first in the living room with a dining table and a sofa bed. In a beautiful large Tuscan Box is a complete kitchen with all luxury. The two bedrooms, both with private bathroom are left and right of the living room.
Apartments
This 2-person apartments with bathroom are all exactly the same equipment. Spacious and tastefully. Through the covered terrace to get here in the living room. In one case, a refrigerator and built a coffee and breakfast supplies including a small oven. So you are not necessarily in the morning need to make use of the shared kitchen.
For all guests of the apartments is a common kitchen complete with all equipment ready including a large dining table.
From the terraces, overlooks the spacious garden. The pool (6 x 12) surrounded by sun loungers and parasols is located in the countryside and from this terrace a magnificent view of the "Olive Hill" to which this property therefore owes its name. On the other side is a beautiful horse flock that if you have experience in consultations should be driven. The horses are of the owner's daughter. A wonderful location, luxury and with pool and near the beaches!
