Casabacci with Tramonto and Alba

Casabacci
This old stone house lies very close to Campiglia D'Orcia. It has been lovingly restored with great attention to detail, to create very comfortable homes. There are wonderful views over the Orcia valley. It’s divided into 3 houses, Alba, Tramonto and Bellavista.
Below the house is a swimming pool (5m x 10m), besides which a gazebo provides shade. Beside the house is an old, functioning bread oven. The house is divided into two apartments with separate entrances. This is a perfect retreat for those seeking peace and relaxation, but also well placed for trips into the surrounding area.
Alba This apartment is on the right of the house, the side the sunrises, from which the name 'Alba' is derived.
Up a few steps is the entrance to the living room with a wonderful old hearth and corner kitchen. Through an openplan hall is the dining-room, in which there is also a double sofa-bed. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, and there is a bathroom with shower.
Tramonto This apartment is on the sunset side of the house, hence the name 'Tramonto'.
An external staircase leads to a small porticato/terrace with views.The comfortable livingroom has an open hearth, double sofa-bed, and dining area. To the right is a small corner kitchen. Behind the living room is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
