This restored rural farmhouse is located 7 km from the center of Florence in the Chianti hills of the famous Route. Porta Romana the old historic center of Florence is 7 km distance which is famous for its terra cotta, olive oil and wine. Supermarkets and shops are all located in the town of Impruneta at 3 km away from the villa. The view from the terrace of the house stretches far over the hills and Florence. Day and especially at night, this wonderful view. The house is divided into two apartments for 4 persons La Vista and La Nicchia for 2 people.
Description La Nicchia
This large apartment has an area of 40 m2. and lies completely on the ground floor. Through a separate entrance with a private terrace you the cozy living room comprising a sitting area, dining table, large kitchen with an electric cooker and a fridge freezer. The house also has a washing machine. La Nicchia has a large bedroom with a double bed and a further bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The garden is equipped with garden furniture and a bbq here so you can freely enjoy the beautiful view and the Tuscan good life!
The house is completely free, around the trees. The property includes the use of gas, electricity and cleaning. Linen can be hired for € 10 per person and towels € 5 per person
The owner, Laura, who lives with her mother in the house a little further, she speaks good English. Casala Mezzomonte a nice place for visiting Florence and of course other cultural cities like Pisa, Lucca (80 km) and Siena (50 km) within a short time to achieve. The Pisa airport is 80 km.
