In the town of Follonica -situated in the middle of the homonymous gulf- overlooking the seafront we find 7 delightful apartments recently built, just in front of the beach of Pratoranieri. The apartments (30mq – 2+2pax ), all on the ground floor, consist of a living room with double sofa-bed and kitchen corner (furnished with oven, 4 rings cooker, fridge/freezer), one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The entrance door open on a lovely covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs for dining out, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view on the Gulf of Follonica. Each apartment has its own garden and private parking and is provided with conditioned air and washing machine. The town of Follonica offers, not only any kind of services (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, post office, public transport), but also the possibility of practising or learning in the apposite schools numerous acquatic sports. Moreover it is the ideal base for visiting the beautiful beaches and places in the vicinity, such as Cala Violina, Punta Ala, Castiglion della Pescaia, Isola d’Elba, Isola del Giglio, Parco dell’Uccellina and more.

The prices are per apartment per 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and they include water, gas, electricity, air conditioning. Bed sheets and towels to rent: Euro 25 per person.
Inventory deposit: € 150. Baby cot available € 3 per night. Bike for rental: euro 25 per person per week.
Small pets allowed € 35
Central heating Euro 15 per day.
