Completely surrounded by a fenced garden the cottage is on the ground floor and consists of a living-dining room with fireplace and satellite tv; a well equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, 4 rings cooker, dishwasher); one double bedroom with a queen size bed; one bathroom with shower; two single bedrooms and a second shower bathroom. The entrance to the cottage is through a covered loggia with table and chairs. The interiors are airy and pleasant and furnishings are in typical Tuscan style. Outdoor, where you can enjoy the silence, is furnished with a gazebo for dining al fresco. BBQ at the guests disposal. At walking distance from the house, there is the village of Monticiano, just 1,5 km away, where guests can find restaurants, shops, supermarket, bank and post office. Siena is 34 km away from Monticiano and Firenze is about 100 km away.
