Sleeps 2- smq 50- It is a charming old stone indipendent barn situated in the plenty garden space of the owners’ villa, in the village of Pievescola (30 km from Siena). This attractive stone barn is on the ground floor and it consists of a living room with fireplace and kitchen corner (oven, cooker, fridge). One double bedroom and a shower bathroom. It is simply, typical Tuscan style furnished. It has a spacious private garden area (mq 150) with olive-trees and chestnut-trees, table and chairs for dining out and BBQ. At the entrance there is a little porch with table and chairs for dining out. In the village of Pievescola, well-known for its beautiful Romanesque parish, there is a market shop and 200 meters away there is a typical Tuscan Restaurant. In the nearest city of Colle Val d’Elsa (15 km away) you can find supermarkets and all kind of shops. Firenze is 65 km away. San Gimignano is 30 km away.
The prices include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, final cleaning.
To pay on the premises: in winter (from October to April) central heating € 10 per apt. per day; baby cot and high chair available on request 35 euro per week.
