Located in the very heart of the Chianti area, there is the tiny medieval hamlet of San Vincenti that still preserves its ancient appearance. The hamlet is reached by a white road through lush woodland where there is always a cool breeze. In the centre of the village a beautiful Romanesque church with bell tower creates an all-special atmosphere. The striking feature of San Vincenti is the peace and quiet of the surrounding nature and the feeling that you are centuries away from the ‘modern world’. Here you will get away from it all, relax in the shade of an ancient tree and soak in the atmosphere! If you like walking, this is also the ideal place for you. On one side of the hamlet, you will find the farmhouse of Mille Primavere. Two typical stone houses shaded by mature trees have been recently renovated and divided into 4 very spacious apartments, one of these is used by the owners. Great care has taken in making the place homely with its tasteful furniture, excellent choice of fabrics and wall colours. All the apartments are very different from one another. Bedrooms have beautifully furnished with antiques and most bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. All apartments have their own space to eat outside to dine ‘al fresco’. On the sunniest part of the property you will find a swimming pool well equipped with sun beds (10 x 5 mt – 1.20/1.90 mt deep). There is a spectacular view at sunset from the swimming pool, which is set in a natural terrace overlooking the forest. The apartments are: CIELO DI PRIMAVERA (sleeps 3+1 - sqm 54 ) On the ground floor . Living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed. Kitchenette (small oven, 4 gas hob, fridge, dish washer), one double room, one bedroom with a French bed , two bathrooms with shower. TV.

BBQ and laundry room ( 5 Euro each load) are at the guests’ disposal. In the small village of Monteluco (4 km of white road) there is a small grocery shop and a small restaurant for wine tasting. For more choice of restaurants and shops, Gaiole in Chianti is only 13 km away or Castelnuovo Berardenga (11 km). Siena is only 30 km away
The prices are per apt. per 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, final cleaning, use of the swimming pool with deck chairs and sun umbrella. Swimming pool: open from the 28th of April to the 29h of September.
To pay on the premises: central heating upon use euro 4.5 per cubic meter. Baby cot Euro 20 per week. Pets allowed: extra cleaning € 26 Inventory deposit: € 200
Arrival: from 4.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. – Departure by 10.00 a.m.
