Like from a fairytale, the old mill, built of stone, lies romantically on the banks of the Zancona, surrounded by a wonderful, untouched nature. Recently carefully renovated, it has been divided into two flats, the little apartment La Picconaia and the bigger apartment Le Macine, each with its own entrance and separate furnished garden area.
It was restructured in the last years and it was divided into two flats, each with its own entry and separate well-designed outdoor area with comfortable garden furniture.
Later the old shed was rebuilt into 2 brand new old stone house divided into Il Fosso and La Pietra.
The large property is fenced in for privacy. A small door leads directly to the river. In summer months the level of the river can be low but still enough for cooling a bottle of wine, for enjoying al fresco under the old trees, rocks of the river bed during the hot summer days.Both the houses have satellite TV, and a poratable barbecue. Behind the house is a pool wich is 6 x 12 metres and open from 15 May till 15 September, and, for the more energetic a tennis court.
