Sleeps 4 – 65 sqm - Tucked away amidst breathtaking scenery and magically inserted in a natural park there is this beautiful property. Close to the main villa, sometimes lived by the friendly owners, this lovely completely restored independent barn ideal for four people.
The barn, all on the ground floor, consists of a small living room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, oven, four rings cooker, fridge/freezer); two double bedrooms (queen size beds cannot be twin) and two shower rooms, one of them ensuite. The interior is pretty with exposed beams and terracotta floors and is furnished with many antiques.
There is a fine shaded terrace attached to the house, flower filled with comfortable garden furniture, perfect place for alfresco dinners on long summer evenings.
There are French doors in the dining, living room and in one of the two bedrooms leading to the panoramic terrace.
At the guests disposal a lovely swimming pool (12x6 mts – 1,20/2,40 mts deep) set on a grassy terrace in a spacious grounds, shared with the owners and the guest of L'Orsa Maggiore.
Barbecue facilities and washing machine at the guests disposal.
Surrounded by hills and woods, this property provides its guests with beautiful views and because of its ideal location, you will be able to enjoy the relaxation of strolling through the Tuscan countryside.
The house is only 5 km away from the village of Casciano and 30 Km south of Siena. In Casciano there are shops, restaurants, bank and bar. There is a free WIFI connection.
The prices are per apartment per 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning.
Inventory deposit: € 150
Air conditioning available on request at the beginning of the holiday: 50,00 € per week.
BBQ, baby cot and washing machine available for free.
Pets allowed: 30 € per week. Swimming pool open from 5th of May to the 13 th of October.
The house is not for rent the period of 01.01-31.03 and 14/4-07/7 and 29/09-22.12 because the owners want to have some free weeks!
