Tucked away amidst breathtaking scenery and magically inserted in a natural park there is this beautiful property. In the centre of the Estate, there is the main villa, an imposing building dated back 19th-century. Recently restored, the villa has been divided into two independent apartments, one for holidays use and the other is sometimes lived by the owners. The apartment for the guests, named ORSA MAGGIORE (110 sqm) is on the second floor, reachable by an internal stair case of 32 steps. It consists of a spacious living room with fireplace and satellite tv; kitchen equipped with oven, 4 rings cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms (both with queen size bed), one twin room and two shower bathrooms. The apartment has its own table and chairs outside for dining out.
The interior of both apartments are pretty with exposed beams and terracotta floors and are furnished with many antiques. At the guests disposal a lovely swimming pool (12x6 mts – 1,20/2,40 mts deep) set on a grassy terrace in a spacious grounds, shared with the owners. Barbecue facilities and washing machine at the guests disposal. Surrounded by hills and woods, this property provides its guests with beautiful views and because of its ideal location, you will be able to enjoy the relaxation of strolling through the Tuscan countryside. The house is only 5 km away from the village of Casciano and 30 Km south of Siena. In Casciano there are shops, restaurants, bank and bar. There is a WIFI connection for free.
The prices are per apartment per 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning.
Inventory deposit: € 150. Central heating upon use (€ 4,50 per cubic meter)
Air conditioning available in the apt. Orsa minore, on request at the beginning of the holiday: 50,00 € per week.
BBQ, baby cot and washing machine available for free.
Pets allowed: 20 € per week. Swimming pool open from 5th of May to the 13 th of October.
The house is closed during the period; 01.01-31.03 and 14.04-07.07 and 29.09-22.12 The owners will have some free weeks during the season!
