Sleeps 12+2 – 300 sqm. With spectacular views of the Tuscan landscape, this is a newly restored independent villa with private swimming pool. The villa is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, with exposed beams, arches and terracotta floors and furnished with many antiques. The interior is decorated in a very contemporary style and it still retains much of its original character. On the ground floor: entrance hall; living room with fireplace; dining room and French door to garden; a very pleasant modern equipped kitchen with oven, cookers, fridge with freezer, toaster and dishwasher. On the first floor, reachable from internal and external stair case: living room, five double bedrooms (queen size bed) each with ensuite shower bathroom. One of the bedroom has a gallery with an extra single bed, ideal for a child. From the first floor through a flight of steps, we can reach a small living room on the ground floor, with sofa bed (French bed 1.50 mts) and ensuite toilette suitable for disabled (no shower). This living has a French door leading to the pool Air conditioning available in all the rooms of the villa except in the bathrooms. Outside, the covered terrace provides the perfect place for dining alfresco with a breathtaking view over the countryside. In the garden, the panoramic swimming pool (7x14mts – 1.30mts deep) open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September and a beautiful dependance consisting of a double bedroom (queen size bed) with ensuite shower bathroom. Air conditioning available. The property is set close to a country road, leading to a small agriturismo (about 1 km away) with a restaurant open for dinner. The nearest village is Ponte d’Arbia, reachable driving along 3 kms of a small road, just 1 km unmade, but suitable for every kind of car. In Ponte d’Arbia clients can find a bar, a grocery and a restaurant. In Buonconvento, just 3 kms from Ponte d’Arbia, there are restaurants, bars, many kind of shops and supermarket. Siena is just 23 kms away from the villa.

The prices are per 7 nights and they include (water, gas, electricity) linen changed weekly, final cleaning and the swimming pool open from the 30th of April till the 1st of Oktober. The pool is 7 x 14 m and 1,30 deep.
To pay extra and on the premises: central heating upon use (Euro 5 per cubic meter) . Baby cot: 5 euro per night; baby sit available upon request and for free.
Inventory deposit: € 500 (U.S. dollars also accepted)
Pets allowed: Extra cleaning Euro 50
Chef service on request. Maid service: Euro 18 per hour
