The apartment has a private entrance that leads to the lounge and dining room. It is tastefully furnished with a combination of modern and antique Florentine furniture and will provide you with all the conveniences you need. In the lounge is a widescreen lcd-tv with satellite reception. Additionally, there is a DVD and CD player to enjoy lovely music or a good film. Next to the lounge and dining room is an open kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven and an espresso coffeemaker.
The kitchen gives entrance to a courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy the tranquillity. The corridor located next to the living room connects the bathroom on one side with the bedroom on the other side. The bathroom contains new and contemporary sanitary fittings including a shower, toilet, bidet and a washing machine. The spacious bedroom is air-conditioned and has a large double-sized bed.
Finally there is a storage with a safe-deposit that will hold most of your belongings.
RATES
Per night: 150 Euro (minimum 3 nights) including expenses, excluding final cleaning costs of 50 Euro. Deposit 250 Euro.
1 week: 650 Euro including expenses, excluding final cleaning costs of 50 Euro. Deposit 200 Euro.
2 weeks: 1100 Euro including expenses, excluding final cleaning costs of 50 Euro. Deposit 250 Euro.
3 weeks: 1300 Euro including expenses, excluding final cleaning costs of 50 Euro. Deposit 300 Euro.
4 weeks: 1400 Euro excluding expenses, excluding final cleaning costs of 50 Euro. Deposit 300 Euro.
More than one month: 1200 Euro per month.
Excluding expenses, cleaning costs every two weeks and final cleaning costs of 50 Euro.
Deposit 1200 Euro.
The deposit will be refunded upon departure following inspection of apartment and subject to it being left in the same good condition as at commencement of rental.
Possible on request: Extra cleaning, Italian chef who will cook for you or an English-speaking cityguide.
From Florence airport you can take a taxi ( € 25 euro ) in within 20 minutes you will be at the appartment!
