Amongst the olive trees, soon the Senese hills, set amidst nature and bathed in tranquillity, this Villa offers a fully relaxing holiday without foregoing the opportunity, given its favourable position, to visit Tuscany’s most beautiful historical and art towns. This Villa is a typical Tuscan farm, created from an old cottage located on top of a hill, from which one can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside the medieval village of Casole d'Elsa. The house has been recently restored to a good standard, retaining many characteristics of an old Tuscan property, including exposed beams and beautiful exposed stone walls. That’s a spacious two floors house (200 sqm) and it can accommodate up to nine guests and comprises a kitchen, a dining room, two living rooms, three bathrooms ad four bedrooms. Mosquitos nets at all the windows. On the ground floor: living room with fireplace, satellite television, stereo system with CD player and radio, two sofas and armchairs; 3 steps from the living room lead to the dining room with table and chairs; 2 steps from the dining rooms lead to the fully equipped kitchen with 4 rings cooker , oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, American coffee machine, dishwasher, microwaves oven, table and chairs. From the living room, there are 2 steps leading to the bathroom with Jacuzzi. On the first floor: a living room with fireplace; twin room (double by request) with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower cubicle; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower cubicle; a triple bedroom (a queen size bed and single bed); twin room (double by request) and a bathroom with shower cubicle. From the garden, going down by 5 steps there is a nice suite for 2 people, to be always rented together with the main house. It consists of a dining room, of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower cubicle. From the dining room there are 4 steps leading to the kitchen furnished with 4 rings cooker and a small fridge. The Villa is surrounded by a spacious private garden, a beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi corner (12m x 6m – 1.50 deep), a wood where guests can go for peaceful walks amidst nature, and a gazebo for relaxing in the afternoon and dining in the evening as you admire the surrounding landscape. Barbecue and washing machine available. The welcoming owners live in a villa in front of the Villa, leaving to the guests the exclusive use of the pool. The property is reached by a short track of an unpaved road that winds up to the hill. This Villa lies just a 5 km drive (or a 25 minute walk along a country footpath) away from the pretty village of Casole d'Elsa with its shops, restaurants and bars. Siena is about 35 km away.
The price is inclusive;
The prices are per week and they include water, gas, electricity and linen changed weekly. Use of the pool open from the 28th of April till the 28th of September.
Extra costs;
Baby bed and high chair available for free upon request. To pay on the premises: final cleaning € 150,00 and central heating upon use (Euro 3,30 per cubic meter) . Inventory deposit: € 200,00. Pets not allowed.
Barbecue and washing machine available for free.
