This pleasant farmhouse is reached by a dirt road which rolls gently between olive groves, cultivated fields and woods. Higher up there is the imposing fortress of Tentennano and the medieval hamlet of Rocca d’Orcica. Very well furnished.
ACCOMMODATION
Independent residence sleeps 10+5 composed of four apartments.
Azzurro sleeps 2+2 on the ground floor living room with fireplace, TV, kitchenette and bed settee, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Giallo sleeps 2+2 on the ground floor a large lounge with bed settee, TV and kitchenette and split level where there is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Verde sleeps 4+2 on the ground floor living room with bed settee, fireplace, TV and kitchenette, upstairs one double bedroom, one twin bedded room, one bathroom with shower.
AMENITIES
Swimming pool (6x12 metres), furnished outside area, covered parking, barbecue, laundry, bowls. The farm produces olive oil (dop) and wine (Orcia DOC) that can be purchased.
A lovely place for a big family or a group of friends who wants to have their one little privacy!
Price is inclusive; using of electricity, water, weekly changing of linen and final cleaning.
Price is exclusive; using of gas, only in the colder months you have to pay € 4.50 m3. Babycot on request € 25 a week and Pets on request € 25 a week.
