An independent house with private swimming pool, located in peaceful posistion surrounded by woods and garden, just 15 km out of Siena. Simply furnished and very private Casa Gaia is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a very spacious living room with sofa and tv (not satellite) close to the fireplace; five steps go down to the large dining room, to the kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer,washing machine, diswasher, 4 rings cooker and one electric plate, fireplace/barbeque). A French door in the kitchen, opens onto the garden. One shower bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms (queen sieze bed); one twin bedroom; one bathroom with tub. One of the double bedrooms has an extra single bed and a large panoramic terrace. Casa Gaia is spacious and very comfortable with large common spaces. This property has a long suntrap terrace running the length of the house, perfect for alfresco dining under the big gazebo, overlooking the swimming pool (9x2,5 mts - 1,50 mts deep). The pool is at the guests' disposal from the beginning of May till the end of September. This property is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday, while being within easy reach of historic Siena.
The prices are per apartment per 7 nights and they include (water, gas, electricity) linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Use of the pool open from the 5th of May to the 29th of September (9x 2,25 m, depth 1.50 m)

To pay on the premises: central heating 30 euro per day
Inventory deposit: €150.
Pets allowed on request: extra final cleaning 25 euro. BBQ.
