This glorious small group of buildings located in enchanting panoramic position on top of one of the sweet rolling hills of the Crete Senesi area. There are breathtaking views over the spectacular countryside, from every part of the property. Two of these buildings are now divided into 8 spacious apartments, each with independent entrance and private outside area furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dinners. The interior of each apartment is absolutely charming. Terracotta floors, exposed beams and characteristic furnishings harmonise very well with modern kitchens and bathrooms. Satellite tv in the living room of each apartment. Washing machine in each apartment. An old barn has been converted to an indoor pool (11x6 mts –1.20/2.05 deep) with Jacuzzi, communal changing room/shower. On two sides of the building there are French doors and part of the roof is in glass. French doors and part of the roof can be open during the summer. This is one of the most beautiful swimming pool we have ever seen. As the water can be heated, the pool can be used almost all year round. The swimming pool is closed, during the winter season only, 07.01-31.03 and 10.11-29.12. Next to the pool there is the restaurant, open on request. Many places to visit in the area. The little village of Asciano, with its restaurants and shops is only 7 kms away. San Giovanni d’Asso, famous for its special truffles is only 4 kms away. Siena (32 kms away), Firenze and Arezzo can be visited in a day. Dinner supplement Euro 25 per person, drinks ¼ liter wine and ½ liter water per person included. There is a beautiful consecrated chapel onside with idyllic views of the surrounding countryside making this the perfect setting for intimate wedding in Tuscany.
The apartment:
Casa del Mezzadro - sqm 99 (sleeps 2+2) on two floors. External stair case leading to a covered loggia furnished with table and chairs for dining out. Living room with fireplace and kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, cooker, oven and dishwasher). One double bedroom (queen size bed); one bath-tub. On the second floor there is a nice room with skylight and double sofa bed available and a shower bathroom.

The price of the apartment includes: water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning, the use of the pool with deck-chairs and sun umbrella.
Extra and to be paid on the premises: central heating upon use (5 euro per m3), baby cot Euro 3 per night (linen provided), extra bed euro 10 per person per night. Weekly stays: arrival Saturday between 16.30 and 19.00 and departure Saturday by 10.00. Swimming pool open during the high, middle and low season and heated in winter; closed during the winter season only. Inventory deposit euro 200. Pets not allowed.
