This charming hillside ground floor apartment is immersed in the pine wood of a residential area in the village of Castiglioncello, walking distance from a sandy beach (about 600 mts). Casa Silvia is ground floor part of an independent villa, while the apartment on the first floor belongs to another owner. Clients have their own private entrance and private fenced garden furnished with table and chairs for dining out and BBQ. From the garden the entrance door leads to a spacious and comfortable living/dining room with a kitchen corner furnished with oven, 4 rings cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. One double bedded room with a queen size bed; one bedroom for four people (queen size bed and bunk bed); one bathroom with shower and one with tub. In the living room, there is a tv (Italian channels only) and a double sofa bed. In the garden, clients find an out door shower and about 200 sqm of private parking area. The main square in the centre of the village is about 15 minutes walk from Casa Silvia where clients can find shops, bar, restaurant etc. The small commercial area with the supermarket is about 1 km from the house. The interesting old city of Livorno is about 30 km from Castiglioncello.

The cleaningcosta are inclusive but..... the house must left tidy and on time ( before 10.00 a.m. ) otherwise there will be a charge of € 50!!!
