An old country farmhouse, situated on a hill overlooking a beautiful landscape of vineyards and olive groves in the heart of Chianti. Situated in the most panoramic part of this wine and olive oil producing estate, the original stone house has been divided into three apartments for the guests and the owners’ house. Restored and furnished in typical Tuscan style, each apartment has its own private sitting area outside, ideal for al fresco dinners. It would be an understatement to say they have breathtaking views; each windows is like an exquisite, framed painting. Guests share the beautiful swimming pool (6 X 12 m) with wonderful views. On a clear day the famous towers of San Gimignano are just visible from the property. Chianti wine and olive oil for sale in the property. The nearest village is Quercegrossa 3 kilometres away (small shops and a restaurant) and Siena is only 8 kilometres away.
Apt. LA PARATA - sleeps 2 – 50 sqm – It’s on the ground floor and it consists of a living room with a kitchen corner (oven, cooker and fridge/freezer), one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Satellite TV. A double sofa bed is available in the living room.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, final cleaning and the use of the swimming-pool. The final cleaning charges will be included in the price if the apartment is left tidy at the time of departure, otherwise there will be a charge of € 30 for apt. Parata and Granaio; € 50 for apt. Cantina.
To pay on the premises: central heating in winter: upon use (€ 4,00 per cubic meter), the use of the washing machine (€ 5 per load), baby cot € 3 per night – linen not provided. Swimming pool open from the 28th of April to the 27th of October. Deposit: € 150 per apt. Arrivals: Saturdays from 16.00 to 19.00 and departures Saturdays by 10.00. Pets not allowed.
