Lo Scoiatolo

The house Scoiotolo is only 12 km from the beach and lies in the small village Marsiliana before Albinia. The house is situated on large grounds which is all fenced in. Enough privacy for you to enjoy. You can also park your car there. The very friendly owners and their son live on the ground floor. The first floor flat has been rented out. Via an outside staircase you'll come to a large covered balcony/terrace with a beautifil view over the garden and surroundings. Arrangments of the house: Large kitchen/dining room, from there you'll find two double bedrooms, on one side is the bathroom and on the other another room with a single bed. This house has three good points. It's near the sea, the friendly owners and the price. Bedlinens and cleaning the house at the end of your stay is all inclusive. From Albinia you can travel to Rome by train from the station in about an hour and a half time.
