La Scuola was, as the name suggests, the local school, and stands in the middle of the countryside, serving all the surrounding villages and farms. There is one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom, living-room kitchen, and comfortable lounge with sofabed, fireplace (and satellite TV). The house is well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. It's all very tastefully furnished.
There is a large terrace shaded with a pergola, in front of the door is an old fig tree, shading a seating area. A little further in the middle of the lawn is a pool (8m diameter), the garden is fenced in ensuring privacy and security for children. Outside is a barbecue and garden shower. There is also a small fitness room (to counter the Italian cuisine).
