Like from a fairytale, the old mill, built of stone, lies romantically on the banks of the Zancona, surrounded by a wonderful, untouched nature. Recently carefully renovated, it has been divided into two flats, each with its own entrance and separate furnished garden area.

The large property is fenced in for privacy. A small door leads directly to the river. Through a large French window you enter the hall of the mill that is now a dining room with its original wooden ceiling, hand-crafted stone floor, open fireplace, a double sofa-bed all tastefully furnished, in keeping with the 17th century style of the house. Close by is the kitchen with washing machine and a showerroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one twin, one double, and another bathroom with shower. From here a French window leads outside. On the right side there is a bread-oven which still works and is available for the guests.
