Like from a fairytale, the old mill, built of stone, lies romantically on the banks of the Zancona, surrounded by a wonderful, untouched nature. Recently carefully renovated, it has been divided into two flats, each with its own entrance and separate furnished garden area.
It was restructured in the last years and it was divided into two flats. From the slope everyone has the own entry and a separated and well-designed area with comfortable garden furniture. The large property is fenced in for privacy. A small door leads directly to the river. In summer months the level of the river can be low but still enough for cooling a bottle of wine, for enjoying al fresco under the old trees, rocks of the river bed during the hot summer days.
Both the houses have satellite TV, and a poratable barbecue. Behind the house is a pool 12 x 6 metres and open from 15 May till 15 September. At least, for the more energetic a tennis court
