Abbeveratoio with Canneto
Abbeveratoio is a former farm surrounded by large grounds.
On these grounds three holiday houses are being build this
moment. The houses are 8 kilometers from the beach. A narrow
asphalt road leads you to your holiday home. At the entrance on
the right side is a covered parking place for you car. On the left
is an older house which can be occupied in the summer by the
owner. Right from there is the swimmingpool ( 14 x 7 metres ) In front of
every house is a terrace with a generous sitting area with garden
furniture and sunbeds.
The houses Il Canneto and Il Eucalipto are next to each other and
rather spacious. The terraces are divided by a hedge of newly planted
trees. The house L'Olmo is detached.
All three houses have SAT-TV, Airco, barbeque and for you peace of
mind all windows have screens to keep those dreaded mosquitos out!!
The kitchens are neat and rather luxurious with even a Microwave in it.
In the utility room you find a washingmachine, iron and ironingboard.
The houses are located near a cyclepath which leads to the beach.
The owner has ten bicycles available for guests, free of charge.
Circa 400 meters from the house is a riding school, the owner is a
friend of the owner and offers riding lessons and even
riding trips to the beach.
Interior Eucalipto
This house is next to Canneto and has an almost identical interior.
Via the covered terrace you enter the nicely decorated livingroom
with a double sleeping couch and kitchen. There are two bedrooms,
one with a double bed the other with two single beds. A nice bathroom
with showercabin. The houses are all beautifully decorated and offer
you a great time for a holiday in Tuscany near the beach and with a
swimmingpool.
All the houses and surroundings are a garantee for a lovely holiday in
