I Cananelli
I Cananelli is a large farmhouse built entirely of stone and is about 5 km away from Arcidosso. The house is surrounded by beautiful old chestnut trees, beautiful green pastures where sheep walk regularly. You are surrounded by nature! The large area is much to discover, sheep, a large pond which provides a source of water and thus can never dry out. The owner Mr. Francesco, the house has been lovingly restored and divided into two large houses which both a surface of 95 m2. Both houses have a private entrance through a garden and a large private terrace that is largely roofed over by a Porticato (porch). The houses are named after the two sons of the owner, Fabio (below) and Stefano (above).
Beside the house is a completely new large pool of 5 x 9 open from 15 of May till half September, from the surrounding terrace where you have a magnificent view of the surroundings.
Fabio:
Through the covered terrace to get the living room, here's a fireplace, sitting area and sofa bed. Using a masonry arch, you enter the large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a large dining table. From here is a door. Through the kitchen you enter the adjoining bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The right is a spacious bathroom with large shower and toilet.
Stefano:
The location of the house on the hill this home has total privacy and a private entrance from the garden. A large terrace with nearly the entire width of the house a Porticato that protects you against the hot Sun Through this terrace has a beautiful view over the surrounding area. The house is almost identical set up as Stefano Fabio except that Stefano has a bathroom with double sinks.
Cananelli is a lovely holiday and perfect for a family holiday. The price on the site per dwelling and because it falls under a small agriturismo has a staff of 5 persons required. If your family consists of 2 adults and 4 children the youngest is still in a cot will sleep is no problem. Bedding is € 6 per person and the wood for the fireplace is free.
