Situated in a panoramic position overlooking a green landscape of wooded hills, this beautiful stone house, surrounded by a wide fenced garden, has been recently restored and furnished simply and comfortably for holiday use. There is a large garden with table and chairs for dining out, at the end of the garden there is a pool (6x 12 mts) There is a lot of shadow by surrounding trees. In the nearest village, there are shops, a bank, a post office and a local restaurant serving typical Tuscan cuisine. Siena is 34 kms away. Sleeps 10+2 - sqm On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen (oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), one double bedded room, one twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a living room, two double bedded rooms, one twin bedded room, a bathroom with bath tube and a bathroom with shower.. Satellite tv, barbecue, washing machine available.
The prices for the house. per 7 nights and they include water, gas, electricity, linen for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, changed weekly. Extra bed available for free. Baby cot: € 3 per night (linen not provided).
