The other half of the property is retained by the welcoming owners. Swimming pool and garden are shared with the owners The apartment is on the ground floor. It consists of a living/dining room; a kitchen (cookers, fridge/freezer, small oven); a bathroom with shower; one bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed. The apartment is lovingly restored in typical Tuscan style and mostly furnished with antiques. Outside private terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining out.
The prices are per apartment per 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning.
To pay on the premises: central heating in winter upon use (€ 1,50 per cubic meter)
