This farm is situated in the heart of the Val d’Arbia, 30 km South of Siena , about 3 km away from Buonconvento and 4 km away from the medieval village of Murlo. The old brick and stone Tuscan farmhouse dominates the whole wonderful valley with suggestive sceneries. All the house has been recently restored retaining all the original features and divided into 3 independent apartments, simply furnished in typical Tuscan style and one of them is lived by the owners. Above the owners apartments there are 3 lovely double bedrooms each with private ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a common area for the guests of the bedrooms where the owners upon request can serve a buffet breakfast. Each apartment has its own private entrance and space outside furnished with table and chairs for dining out. In the most panoramic position of the ample space around the house, there is the swimming pool (6 x 14 – h 1. 50) at the guests disposal from 16 th April to 29th of October. The owner Mario, a Sienese farmer and whimsical artist, cultivates the 70 hectares of the farm personally and he couldn’t choose a better place to get inspiration. Thanks to the very favourable situation of the property, you have the possibility to visit the most typical Tuscan towns and places. Upon request the owners can prepare a typical Tuscan dinners consisting of hors d’oeuvres, first dish, second dish and dessert. The price range from € 30 euro per person (drinks not included). Horse riding € 20 per person per hour, € 40 for 2 hours, € 50 for 3 hours and € 100 for a daily excursion with packet lunch. WIFI internet connection available buying a special card, the cost of a card for 4 hours of connection is € 7 and a card for 8 hours is € 10.
