This property lies on the gentle hills which face the valley separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra at the same distance from Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The farm on the grounds has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil, giving maximum attention to biological cultivation techniques. Five old farmhouses named Casale La Valle, Casale Presciano, Casale Il Giglio, Casale il Loggiato and Cottage il Noce, located on the land of the Estate La Pieve have been recently charmingly restored. The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 mts away from both properties, guests can find a grocery, a butcher shop and a bakery.
Cottage Il Noce is an independent barn surrounded by 3 hectars of fields and land and with a lovely small swimming pool (8x4 meters). It’s about 100 square meters. On ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathroom with toilet. On the upper floor there is a large living room and kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), one double bedroom. From the living room there is a doorway to the nice pergola equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Satellite tv and washing machine.
The prices per 7 nights and they include the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, the use of the swimming-pool. To pay on the premises: central heating in winter: € 13 per apartment per day. Baby cot: € 25 per week. Swimming pool open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Pets are allowed. Deposit: € 100 per apt. Arrivals: Saturdays from 16.00 to 19..00 and departures Saturdays by 10.00.
