Small but charming stone farmhouse, well restored, with a wide panoramic view of the Val d'Orcia. The fine interiors, a beautiful panoramic swimmingpool and the sensation of flying from the highest hills above the valley.
Independent farmhouse sleeps 6 + 2 persons. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and sofa bed, a kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with Jacuzzi.
The swimmingpool is 4 x 8 and opened from the 1st of May till the end of October. Outside there is a bbq and a special place for a landry.
Prices are inclusive; use of electricity, water, linnen, towels and final cleaning.
Extra costs; petts allowed € 25 per week, child cot € 25 per week. During the colder months the use of the heating is had to be paid extra after use €4.50 m3
