With spectacular views of the Tuscan landscape, this typical farmhouse made of stones has been recently retored and divided into 3 pleasant apartaments. Two apartments are for holidays use while one is lived by the young welcoming owners. We have selected the apartment for two people, set in the smaller building, joined to the main house by and archway. The apartment is on the ground floor and it consists of a bright spacious living/dining room; a fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 rings cooker, fridge with freezer, American coffee maker, washing machine); a double bedroom (twin on request) with ensuite wardrobe; bathroom with shower. The apartment has enormous charm and originality, comfortably furnished with a mix of antiques and modern fornitures and great taste. Spacious private garden area furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dinners enjoing the enchanting views. Set in a sunny and panoramic position, the shared pool (7 x 4.80 mts - 1.20 mts deep, at the guests'disposal from the beginning of May till the end of September This property is in a wine making estate, working all year round to produce delicious biological red Chianti wine, which guests can naturally sample. Siena is 30 kms away but save the time to visit smaller villages as Buonconvento, Montalcino, Pienza and, of course, the tiny ancient walled hamlet of Murlo
The prices are per apartment per 7 nights and they include (water, gas, electricity) linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Use of the pool open from the 2nd of May to the 30th of September (7x 4,80 m, depth 1.20 m)
Baby cot available on request 5 euro per night
To pay on the premises: central heating upon use (3,50 euros per cubic meter)
Inventory deposit: €150.
