Addition to the top of the hill is this beautiful villa, surrounded by vineyards of the nearby estate that produces excellent quality wines. The old medieval town Ficulle is 2 km and you will find shops and restaurants. The beautiful old town of Orvieto is only 18 km, the famous Etruscan museum in Chiusi 30 km and 120 km Rome. You can also by train or car to visit the cities of Rome (ca. 100 minutes by car) and Florence (about 90 minutes by car).
Ficulle villa consists of a main building and outbuilding in the garden. Total the villa can accommodate 12 people. Everything is beautifully restored and extremely well decorated with a mix of modern but most antiques. From the house on the surrounding terraces have a magnificent view over the beautiful hills of the unspoilt countryside of Umbria. The house is completely private and through an unpaved road of 1 km you will come to the house. A footpath takes you right through the vineyards in wine cellars of the nearby castle where you will find a restaurant for a good impression of the regional cuisine of this part of Umbria.
Classification of the main house, through the porch you will enter the large living room with fireplace and SAT TV, dining room with patio doors to the terrace and the garden, well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and fireplace. On the ground floor is a 1-bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washing machine. On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 bathroom with schower and 1 with two 1-person beds and one double bedroom with bathroom with shower. All have an adjoining bathroom with shower. The annex is a spacious studio with two 1-beds (double on request), e cooking area bathroom with shower. The house is luxuriously furnished and offer privacy.
In the shade of the trees in the garden is the beautiful pool with the size of 6 x 12 meter.
The price includes use of, water, weekly change of linen and towels.
The price is exclusive, Electra, and gas in the summer months use zero gas. There is the possibility for childcare, cook on location and use of extra cleaning.
