The house is well furnished and has a pleasant living/dining room with fire place ( wood for fire place for free ), an equipped kitchen corner (oven, 4 rings cooker, fridge with freezer, American coffee maker), tv (no sat), a double bedded room with a queen size bed; a shower bathroom. In the living room, it’s available a single sofa bed (French bed). Outside is a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining out. BBQ available.
Laundry room with washing machine, iron, iron board at the guests disposal.
The quaint little town of Monticiano is reachable on foot via a track through the countryside, has 2 restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a bar and a public swimming pool.
Siena is 34 km away from Monticiano and Firenze is about 100 km away.
