Signora Medri, from Milan, has renovated an old stone house about 1km outside of Civitella Marittima and which has previously been used as a film set. One enters by the very tastefully furnished living room, with double sofabed. This is connected to the kitchen/diner by a stone arch. The bedroom, upstairs is very nicely furnished, with a lovely view from the bed through the french-doors. Back on the the ground floor is tha bathroom with bathtub, possibly the nicest room in the house. The whole room has tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings. Outside under a large shady tree is garden and a barbecue furniture for al fresco dining.
