This typical Tuscan farmhouse has been refurbished to offer pleasant accommodations in three attractive and comfortable ground floor apartments.
The apartments are attractive and charming with nice touches like iron beds and lovely pieces of antique wooden furniture.
Each apartment has its own private entrance and private outside sitting area under the covered loggia and on the shared terrace.
Apartment Edera – 40 sqm – living room with kitchen corner (electric oven, cooker and fridge with freezer) and double sofa bed; one double bedroom (queen size bed) and a shower bathroom with hair dryer. Air conditioning and central heating available.
Apartment La Spiga – 40 sqm – living room with kitchen corner (electric oven, cooker and fridge with freezer) and double sofa bed; one double bedroom (queen size bed) and a shower bathroom with hair dryer. Air conditioning and central heating available.
Apartment La Badia – 40 sqm – living room with kitchen corner (electric oven, cooker and fridge with freezer) and sofa bed (French bed); one double bedroom (queen size bed) and a shower bathroom with hair dryer. Air conditioning and central heating available.
This apartment La Badia has a private and quite lovely terrace for outdoor eating and lounging.
Each apartment has tv (Italian channels only) and mosquitoes nets in all the windows. BBQ at the guests disposal.
In the garden the shared swimming pool (6x12mts – from 1,20 to 2,50 mts deep) with views over the hills towards the village of Civitella Marittima on the horizon.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, final cleaning and the use of the swimming-pool. Washing machine, iron and ironing board available for free.
To pay on the premises: central heating in winter 10 euro per apt. per day; air conditioning 10 euro per apt. per day; baby cot (only two available) 10 euro per week. Swimming pool open from the 28th of April to the 29th of September. Deposit: € 100 per apt. Pets allowed upon request: euro 50 for final cleaning.
Min stay: 7 nights in high season – 5 in middle season and 3 in the low season.
